Privacy policy
This site is run by Prateek Lalwani, an independent supply chain consultant based in Madrid, Spain. I am the data controller for any details you submit here.
What I collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: name, company or brand, website, email, phone, country and your message. Nothing else is collected about you unless you tell me.
Why I use it
To reply to your enquiry, and — only if you ticked the separate optional box — to send you a short monthly note. Consent is the legal basis in both cases, and the two are never bundled.
Where it is stored
Enquiry details are stored in a private Google Sheet used solely for managing enquiries, and in my email. They are not sold, rented or shared for advertising.
How long
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from our last contact, then deleted. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing prateek.lalwani.work@gmail.com. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
Only what you consent to in the cookie banner. Declining leaves the site fully usable.
